How to paginate a single page

using this css trick you can make it seem like you're scrolling through multiple pages when its actually just a single page. To get this effect heres what you do...

  1. style the html tag with scroll-snap-type: y mandatory.
  2. make a div with sections inside for each page.
  3. style the section with "height: 100vh; scroll-snap-align:start; scroll-snap-stop:normal;"

scroll snap is cool

thanks to webdevsimplified for the tutorial on that effect used in this layout.

bobby hill wabi sabi 240px go back to the homepage

youtube thumbnails

GH does not let you embed YT videos. a workaround, a link with an image inside of it. I shrank it to 240px for a faster page load. To bring it back to size gave it some css styled with width:100%. its tempting to go wild with pictures and photoshop but im trying to hold back to stay fundamental with my scripting. as cool as it would be, soon it would get slugish if I lacked restraint.

responsive css

learning more all the time its exciting that theres still new properties coming out in css. never a dull moment.
